Commentary
This is a London reprint of Hyde’s Dublin edition. In spite of the claim on the London title page, I doubt it is by Swift, and it is unlikely this printing has any authority.
William Boreham had an extraordinarily productive business in the short period from 1718 to 1721. Perhaps he over-extended himself, with a very wide range of publications bearing his imprint.
